Public policy for recent international graduates & TFWs
Federal Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada has announced a new public policy to grant PR status that targets individuals in Canada who recently graduated or accumulated at least 1 year of work experience in essential NOC codes.
International graduates
Temporary foreign workers
Associate, Bachelor, Master or above | College diploma or certificate | DVS-AVS |

* | 1 Certificate that led to these NOC codes OR 2 Certificates, each last for at least 8 months in length | each last at least 900hrs for a total of 1800 hrs |

- Program CAP 40000 OR Until November 5th, 2021 whichever comes first
- Must reside outside Quebec.
- Must be working at the time of application.
- Must reside in Canada at the time of the application until a decision is made.
- Must have valid legal status
- Must submit an application accordingly
- Must not be inadmissible
- Must reside outside Quebec.
